ANY OTHER BUSINESS

FIDE Rating of Division 1:

At present FIDE Rules require that a National Arbiter be in charge at each round of the league. However because the Munster leagues include players who have FIDE Federations other than Ireland a FIDE Arbiter could be required to meet the rules for FIDE Rating. The requirement to have a National Arbiter present is already quite burdensome. Given that we have much fewer FIDE arbiters that would be even more difficult. The AGM agreed that the committee could drop FIDE rating of Division 1 if necessary.
